The Magagula Local Development Forum is the organisational coalition of different community based Organisations in the Township Magaula Heights and has been set up to ensure integrative process and mentainance of the Process.

All organisations have long-time experiences in community based work and provide indispensable services that are not taken care of by the state. Each of the Organisations working in different fields send delegates into the Committee to represent the needs of their Organisation and their target groups. The Committee set up is according to gender equality (50/50) and consideration of affirmative action.

Through the pooling agreement a platform for collective decision-making, responsibility and competence distribution combining ressources could be established. The Committee provides mouthpiece and access for the community to build up an administrative structure for the implementation process. further serves as umbrella structure for the set up of the Community Development Network and different self determined cooperatives.
